Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully fold your fabrics and place them in their original packaging to ensure they remain clean and damage-free during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
