Do you offer fabric samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we offer 4x4 inch swatches for most of our collections. You can order individual samples directly from the product page to ensure the color and texture match your home decor.
How are shipping costs calculated for heavy fabric bolts?
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
Can I return fabric if it has already been cut?
Since our fabrics are cut to your specific length requirements, we cannot accept returns on cut yardage unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Are your upholstery fabrics treated for stain resistance?
Many of our performance fabrics come pre-treated. Please check the 'Specifications' section on each product page to see if a specific fabric is water-repellent or stain-resistant.
How do I care for and clean my new fabrics?
Care instructions vary by material. Generally, we recommend professional dry cleaning for silks and velvets, while our cotton and linen blends are often machine washable on a delicate cycle.
